The 2024 4-H STEM Challenge is Coming Soon!

The 2024 STEM kit, Food for Thought, provides young people with a hands-on experience as they explore the topic of Food Security and its impact on the world, empowering them to innovate and create positive change. This year's kit will provide youth with the fundamental knowledge of factors that contribute to food security, how people are impacted globally and locally and how youth can personally contribute to creating more food secure communities.

Join National 4-H Council and 4-H educators on May 22nd at 3 p.m. EST for an engaging webinar and detailed walk-through of the 2024 kit. We’ll share details about the activities, answer your questions and give examples of how you can use the kit to teach about food security through STEM! This year's kit was developed with LSU AgCenter, North Dakota State University, Penn State Extension and the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
